Strategy & Spirituality

I call my mentoring enterprise "SoulWise Startups" to emphasise the holistic approach I have to business coaching.

I cater to skilled, heart-centred senior professionals who resonate with a spiritually oriented approach to life and seek to wisely, calmly and confidently navigate their transition from employment into the world of freelancing or entrepreneurship. This was also my path, and I'm happy to share insights from my own story and from my clients' progress.

SoulWise means soulful, heartfelt, sincere and sagacious (having discernment and good judgment). In the context of startups, it reflects that the ventures' values go beyond financial gain.

While you appreciate money and comforts, it does not mean that you become obsessed with possessions, power and fame, as tempting and intoxicating it may be. Soulful and wise entrepreneurship leads to success, in a balanced way. Not to false status and show, but to a form of natural, graceful self-expression, in integrity and in service to others, that brings emotional fulfilment and growth.

Financial success alone does not say much if and how a company generates real value. Whether its activities are meaningful and add value to life. Whether its existence is a source of joy for staff, stakeholders and consumers.

Why is this important? Well, when money alone is the treasure pursued, the definition of value is very narrow, and the result is not only a narrow-minded company management, but also suboptimal company dynamics and dehumanised processes.

So my focus is on providing tailored guidance which includes structure, knowledge, strategic tools and intuitive awareness. I offer a safe space for you to explore your skills and strengths, transform fears and blind spots, release what is outdated and 'not you' anymore, and embrace a soulful approach to your next venture.
